We have a fully loaded Taco Day today! Our mystery taco is guaranteed to be extremely tasty but come early because there are very limited quantities.  Roots has decided to celebrate Cinco De Mayo in style this year and would like to invite those of you who want to join us to check out our website for tickets to this event. We will have a limited number of tickets on sale and will be featuring beer and wine from local breweries in Charlotte. The class will be based on teaching you how to grill and cook with Beer. We will have a big smoker out back and lots of delicious food that you will have a chance to learn how to properly prepare at your own parties throughout the summer.
