Good Morning,
While at the market this weekend, I must tell you the highlight was discovering locally grown heirloom tomatoes. With some quick thinking and equally quick reflexes I snatched up all that Put a Fork In It had. That means today we will be offering Tomato Sandwiches, along with other equally delicious options of course!! There are some great events coming up over the next month and we would love for you to be a part of them. We will be celebrating Cinco De Mayo with a Cooking with Beer Class where we will bring out the smoker and have some beer from OMB and teach everyone interested how to cook and grill a variety of meats with a favorite local ingredient; BEER!!! We will even throw in some classic Cinco De Mayo treats as well.
We are also teaming up with Windy Hill Farm and The Tiny Chef to present our 2nd annual Farm Dinner on June 2nd. Tickets are on sale now and quantities are limited. If you haven’t experienced eating on the farm or checking out where your food comes from, this is an awesome event. The people are amazing and the food is especially delicious.
