Tuesday, April 24th Menu-Sliders!

Good Morning,

We have sliders on the menu today!! It’s been a while since we’ve served these bad boys so reserve yours online or we’ll be there early to see all your smiling faces!

Tomorrow is the last day we are offering $10 off our Cooking with Beer Class on May 5th. If you are interested sign up soon and save yourself some money. We will be setup outside with several grills, smokers and stations where each group will participate and learn techniques of grilling and effectively cooking with beer. We will offer beer from OMB for personal consumption as well as a huge feast at the end of the class to show off your hard work.  The class is from 2:00pm-4:00pm, so if you’re looking to try something new this year, this class will be a blast.     I’ve been so complimentary of Kim’s baking prowess that I had almost forgotten why I come to the truck. Your cooking is like Chipper Jones of the Atlanta Braves, so good that it’s a given and I tend to take your excellence for granted. Not today. I don’t like pasta salad but for some reason I tried yours. It was the best thing on my plate and that is saying a lot considering I had both chicken and pork sliders. I put your pasta salad up there with the pork belly tacos and am looking forward to the next time you prepare it.
