We’re coming out today for Taco Day!! It’s going to clear up to be sunny and warm just as the Roots Cart pulls up. This weekend we are participating in 2 different festivals on Saturday and Sunday. We will be at Matthews Beachfest and The Kings Drive Art Walk. We are looking for anyone who wants to work with Roots this weekend on Saturday from 9am-5pm or 11am-6pm. We need 2 people who want to come behind the scenes of the Roots operation, get free admission to the festivals and enjoy some tasty delicious Roots food, all while making some extra money. ROOTS CELEBRATES IT’S 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TOMORROW!!!
To celebrate this properly I will be driving up to Windy Hill Farm to pick up local PORK BELLY for tomorrow’s menu. It’s going to be awesome so if you come regularly or have eaten with us in the past, come out, bring your friends and celebrate the fact that we have made it to the 1 year mark-successfully!!!!
Today is also the last day to receive $10 off the Cooking with Beer Class. We will be offering tickets until next week at the regular price so if you’re interested you might as well save some bucks and grab yours early.
