I hope everyone’s week is off to a good start. I took a trip up to Windy Hill Farm yesterday to pick up some local meats for this week’s menu. If you haven’t tried their brats then you’re missing out. They are absolutely delicious. I might also have some good news in store for tomorrow’s menu, but you’ll have to wait to find out!
