Tuesday’s Fall Inspired Menu

Good Morning,

The weather has definitely cooled down a bit and we planned accordingly.  We’ve got warm, hearty bowls of Steak Chili, Colcannon and a Veggie and Rice Bowl, perfect after a brisk stroll to the Roots Food Truck!!  As I mentioned yesterday if you have a favorite recipe of Roots make sure you let us know this week so we can include it in the upcoming cookbook. I hope you are all as excited as I am for this addition and at the very least I hope it shows how easy it can be to use local food in any type of meal.

Tuesday’s Menu

Southern Colcannon

Local Sausage, Diced Apples, White Sweet Potato, Braised Kale, Fresh Sage, and a Hearty Sherry Broth
